Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Aqualung Unpolished

The Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Aqualung is a legendary dive watch and a model famously associated with pioneer oceanographer and French naval officer, Jacques-Yves Cousteau. This watch is an attractive and large model measuring 41mm in diameter by 52mm lug to lug. This example dates to circa 1959. The case appears to be unpolished. The dial features a 1000 feet depth rating. The hands appear to have been relumed in the past.
