Breitling Unitime Reference 1-260
Born amidst some of the most significant chronographs of the mid 20th century, the Breitling Unitime is one of the brilliant jet set era wristwatches that was oriented for the world traveller.
This example is a time capsule in the purest form. It not only is in fantastic condition, it features its original caseback sticker. The lugs are beautifully preserved with thick beveled edges. The case maintains its awesome vertically brushed profile and the original caseback sticker.
This watch is incredibly well proportioned for the modern wearer. The case dimensions are 36mm wide (43.5mm lug-to-lug) with a height of 11.5mm (including the crystal). Due to it’s beefy lugs, the watch wears much bigger than the 36mm. The watch comes on a tan 19mm calf-skin Wind Vintage strap made by Nick Gabarro. The accompanying buckle is not the original, but it is in fact a period correct example.
