Heuer Camaro Reference 7743 NT on Gay Frères Bracelet Unpolished

Heuer is renowned for its rich history with automotive racing, and one of the great models from the golden age of the brand is the Camaro. The Camaro line has always been a sleeper when compared to the more discussed siblings such as the Autavia and Carrera. This particular reference 7743 NT represents why the Camaro is a watch that warrants more discussion. The dial has aged beautifully and is a dark brown. The crisp branding is emphasized in white, with highly legible subdials at 6 and 9 o’clock. The case and bracelet are unpolished. It is powered by the Valjoux 7730, a formidable bi-register chronograph that has stood the test of time.

The watch comes does not come with box and papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well. The original Gay Frères Heuer double-grain beads of rice bracelet with correct HLA end links is worth approximately $5,000 alone.
