Heuer Navigation Pocket Chronograph from Copenhagen

I love Heuer pocket chronographs, but this one is especially cool as it seems to have been made for boat navigation purposes. The wooden case shows it was retailed by Iver C. Weilbach & Co. from Copenhagen, Denmark and that company is among the oldest maritime supplier companies in the world.

I believe the watch dates to the mid-1940s based on the Valjoux 76 movement and still having a version of the squashed Heuer logo on a beautiful non-luminous white dial with spectacular blued hands. The watch was just serviced and is running well. The oversized seconds and minutes registers are extremely beautiful. It measures 51mm in diameter.

The watch does not come with box and papers. We do not know the service history and is running great.
