Jaeger-LeCoultre Time Only w/ Extract from The Archives

This Jaeger-LeCoultre time-only water resistant is a remarkable watch from circa 1961. It was awarded to Ray Brubacher as the Champion Herdsman at the J.P. Eves Award from the D.C.C. This watch was found in Wisconsin from the family of the original owner who was a dairy and cattle farmer. The watch was won for his work.

The case appears to be unpolished and the non-luminous dial and hands are extremely beautiful. Finding an example like this and this sort of untouched condition with what appears to be the original crown is something very special. The watch is very similar to a reference E 165.

The dimensions are 33mm in diameter, but wears slightly larger with its 41mm lug-to-lug. The watch is 9mm in height including crystal and has a 16mm lug width.

The watch does not come with box and papers. An Extract from The Archives has been ordered.
