Patek Philippe Reference 3493 in 18k White Gold Unpolished

This is a very special and refined timepiece by Patek Philippe reference 3493. The case and bracelet are made of 18k white gold. The bracelet is very intricately made and special. It was produced by Jean-Pierre Ecoffey who produced many of these high-end bracelets for Patek, Audemars Piguet, and others. The case measures 26mm by 26mm. It dates to the mid-1960s-1970s. It appears to be unpolished.

It does not come with box and papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well.
