This Patek Philippe reference 3860/3 is an incredible dress watch in fantastic condition. The case appears to be unpolished. The case is made of 18k yellow gold. It measures approximately 29mm by 31mm. It was sold in 1992.

The dial texture has one of the most captivating patterns we have seen on a Patek Philippe dial. It is really intricate and impressive to look at.

The bracelet is very intricately made and one of the highest quality bracelets on any Patek Philippe. It can fit a wrist slightly over 6.8 inches.
