Patek Philippe Reference 3491/3 Retailed by Cartier in 18K Yellow Gold Unpolished

This is a very special and refined timepiece by Patek Philippe retailed by Cartier. The case and bracelet are made of 18k yellow gold. The bracelet is very intricately made and special. It was produced by Jean-Pierre Ecoffey who produced many of these high-end bracelets for Patek, Audemars Pieguet, and others. The dial has a phenomenal texture that complements the woven bracelet. The case measures 26mm by 26mm. It dates to the mid-1960s-1970s. It is unpolished and one of the most beautiful Patek Philippe watches we have ever held

It does not come with box and papers. The watch was just serviced by the legendary Alkis Kotsopoulos of Swiss Watch Repair in New York City. It was serviced for the first time, reflecting the original and spectacular condition of the watch. We have ordered an Extract from the Archives from Patek Philippe for the watch.
