HODINKEE: Eric Wind quoted on the original Junghans watches designed by Max Bill

Tony Traina, a Chicago-based watch collector and founder of the weekly watch newsletter Rescapement, recently made his debut article for HODINKEE within their latest column ‘Watch Of The Week’. In the article, Traina explores his passion for his vintage Junghans Max Bill and quotes Eric Wind on the iconic designer’s legacy

“A lot of people are familiar with the modern Junghans watches designed by Max Bill, but not as many realize those watches were really based on some vintage models designed by Max Bill in the early 1960s,” vintage dealer Eric Wind said of these original Max Bill-designed watches. “Only a very small number of these originals still exist.”
