Rolex Datejust reference 6305 Box and Papers
This Rolex Datejust is an amazing time capsule an unpolished case and the original oversized green box, rare Rolex leather wallet, guarantee, and chronometer certificate from 1954. It even has what I believe to be the original crystal on the watch. This watch was purchased in Hong Kong in 1956. The bracelet is dated to 1957 and is a more recent addition to the watch, but is the correct style Swiss-made Rolex Jubilee bracelet for it. The bracelet was previously heavily stretched and has been tightened and restored making it very wearable today. The original black glossy dial has some patina and wear, as is common for Rolex black dials from this era, but the patina and look is quite beautiful.
This watch is from circa 1954, includes the original box and papers, has an automatic movement (Caliber A296 made by Rolex), and is 36mm in diameter.
