Rolex Gilt Dial Submariner Reference 5513

The Rolex Submariner is one of the most iconic sports watches and a model that represents the greatest attributes of the manufacturer.

This Submariner reference 5513 is a very cool model with gilt dial. The lume is attractive and has a warm color. This example has a 1.06 million serial number dating the watch to circa 1964. The case has been polished. The watch is paired on a Rolex 7206 Swiss-made Oyster rivet bracelet with 80 end links.

The watch does not come with box and papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well. It recently passed a water resistance test of 3 bar. The case back features a very nice sentimental engraving detailing a friendship.
