Rolex GMT-Master Reference 1675 Unpolished Full Set

The Rolex GMT-Master was originally designed for Pan Am pilots in the 1950s and continues to be a flagship model for Rolex to this day. The reference 1675 was introduced in 1959 and remained in production until 1980.

This is an attractive Rolex GMT-Master reference 1675 featuring a 2.80M serial number dating to circa 1971. The case appears to be unpolished. The bezel insert is attractive with a faded red that has turned pink. There is wear near 3 o’clock. It is paired on an Oyster folded link 7836 bracelet with 280 end links dating to 1971 and is possibly original to the watch.

We do not know the service history, but it is running well. It comes with box and papers. The hangtag is later. It just recently passed a water resistance test of 3 bar.
