Rolex GMT-Master 1675 on Jubilee in 18K Yellow Gold Unpolished

The Rolex GMT-Master was originally designed for Pan Am pilots in the 1950s and continues to be a flagship model for Rolex to this day. The present watch is an exceptionally preserved GMT-Master reference 1675 in 18k gold.

We believe the case is unpolished. The beautiful bevels on the edge of the case and perfectly faded bezel insert makes for an incredibly attractive watch. The watch features a 3.6M serial dating to circa 1974.

To learn more about the Rolex GMT-Master you can watch the ‘Reference Points: Understanding The Rolex GMT-Master' video and corresponding article I produced with HODINKEE. You can also read about the iconic watch in Charlie Dunne’s Collector's Guide: The Rolex GMT-Master Reference 1675 In Steel.

The watch does not come with box and papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well. It recently passed a water resistance test of 3 bar.
