Rolex Honda Date Reference 15000 Unpolished

We’re incredibly excited to offer the third known Rolex Honda Date reference 15000 example. This example comes from the family of the original owner. The engraving on the back features the text “Honda Bowl Winner ‘85”. These watches were earned in sales competition from Honda dealers. The watch is 34mm wide (with a lug-to-lug length of 42mm). The lug width is 19mm and the height is 12.5mm including the crystal. The watch is powered by the calibre 3035, and features a quickset (indicative of the 5-digit reference). The case serial number is 7.3 million dating to circa 1982.

The watch does not come with the box and papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well. The watch recently passed a water resistance test of 5 bar.
