Rolex Oyster Perpetual Reference 6548

This Rolex Oyster Perpetual reference 6548 features a magnificent dial which has transformed into a tropical brown. The “Oyster Perpetual” and “Precision” font has remained white giving a very distinct contrast. One of the subtle details that I’ve loved over the years is the applied Rolex branding on these 1950s models. Often referred to as the “Boy Size” Oyster Perpetual, the case is lightly polished and measures 30mm in diameter (or 36mm lug-to-lug). The watch is powered by an automatic movement and dates to 1958.
