Rolex Prince Royal Pocket Watch Reference 1649 in 14K Rose Gold Unpolished

This Rolex pocket watch is an incredibly cool timepiece. The Prince Royal models were larger chronometer pocket watches. The rose gold case measures 37mm in diameter and 41mm in length. We believe the case is unpolished. The case features the Geneva Key 12 indicating it was produced by Genex SA. The case engraving cites a production date in circa 1944. The interior case features an engraving “To Theodore Marconette from Employees of Hotel Cleveland May 1944”, as well as the initials hand engraved on the case back. It features a“Pink-on-Pink” dial and case with applied Roman and pyramid numerals. This watch is really a special Rolex and a connoisseurs’ choice. The watch does not come with box and papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well.
