Rolex Submariner Matte Dial Reference 5512 Unpolished

This Rolex Submariner reference 5512 is an awesome example with attractive pale yellow lume. The watch has a 2.41M serial dating to circa 1970. It features the original bezel insert. The case is unpolished. It is was paired on a period correct 9315 bracelet with the correct 380 endlinks dating to the first quarter of 1972. The previous owner preferred the slimmer C&I bracelet, so the bracelet was added and comes with two bracelets. It has the original twin-lock crown, but a Triplock was added so the watch could be made water resistant (so it comes with both the original and the service Triplock).

This watch does not come with box and papers. It features a TrueDome D 19 crystal. We do not know the service history, but it is running great! It recently passed a water resistance test of 3 bar.
