Rolex Submariner Meters First Reference 5513

This Rolex Submariner reference 5513 is very cool example featuring the “Meters First” dial which was famously worn by Steve McQueen. The watch features a 1.54M serial dating to circa 1967 (we some gilt and matte dials in this range). The watch is paired on a very nice C+I bracelet made for Rolex dating to 1974. The dial and hands have been relumed at some point in the past. The crystal is a beautiful TrueDome D19. The case has been lightly polished.
