Rolex Two-Tone Root Beer GMT-Master Reference 1675

This Rolex “Root Beer” GMT-Master reference 1675/3 is an very cool example. These have become more appreciated by collectors in recent years. The watch dates to circa 1976 with a 4.2M serial. The case has been polished in the past. The Jubilee is an original Rolex bracelet, but was modified to have gold-plated center links. The end links are from a two-tone Jubilee. The gold-plated center links on the Jubilee bracelet have some wear and are in some areas removed of the gold. It features a nice case back engraving of the initials of the previous owner.

The watch comes from the family of the original owner. It does not come with box and papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well. It recently passed a water resistance test of 5 bar.
