TUDOR Submariner Ref. 7928 Gilt Dial

This is a rare TUDOR Submariner reference 7928 with a gilt-glossy dial only found in examples from 1966. It measures 40mm in diameter (47mm lug-to-lug). The original tritium lume has taken a nice patina, and dial is in great shape. The 568,XXX  serial number dates to circa 1966. It is paired with a Rolex Gay Frères bracelet dating to 1966 as well. The case has been polished but is attractive.

We do not know the service history, but the watch is running well. It does not come with a box or papers. It recently passed a water resistance test of 5 bar.
