Vacheron & Constantin 18K Yellow Gold Dress Watch

This vintage Vacheron & Constantin is a very attractive dress watch. The case is made by Antoine Gerlach and has stylish “Cornes de Vache” lugs. It is powered by the manual wind calibre 453. The watch measures just over 32mm in diameter, but wears a bit larger with a 41mm lug-to-lug length.

This watch does not include the original box and papers.
