Zenith X Revolution “Cover Girl” El Primero A3818 Revival

In February 2020, Zenith teamed up with Revolution to re-release one of the brand’s most coveted timepieces, the El Primero A3818. The nickname "Covergirl" derives from the cover watch of the Zenith book by Manfred Rössler.

The Revival was met with overwhelmingly positive reception, as it paid tribute to the iconic design, all the while incorporating subtle details to distinguish it from an exact re-issue. The dial’s petrol blue tone is maintained, in addition to the accents of grey and blue within the subdials. Yet the use of Super-LumiNova within the tachymeter, pyramid track and font allow for a heightened legibility.

The watch features an exhibition caseback highlighting the cherished El Primero calibre. This example is in like-new condition, accompanying its original “ladder” bracelet, box, and papers.
