Universal Genève SAS Presentation Polerouter

I’m thrilled to be offering an incredibly cool Universal Genève Polerouter which was presented to an SAS Pilot. The Polerouter is one of Gerald Genta’s earliest and most iconic designs. This watch comes from the original owner who lived in Sweeden and flew for the SAS for 20 years. The dial is well preserved and the 18K yellow gold case is unpolished and in spectacular condition.

The watch does not come with box or papers.

Rolex Oyster Perpetual Reference 1018 With Original Papers

I am excited to offer this awesome Rolex reference 1018. The reference 1018 is a rare and oversized Oyster Perpetual model which measures 36mm (43mm lug-to-lug). The 1018 was a reference that was not mass-produced and as a result of its narrow font has become an exciting OP for collectors who appreciate minimal and balanced dials. This example features one of the nicest grey soleil dials which remains in a fantastic state. Oftentimes, the reference 1018 will show signs of water ingress or feature service dials. This example dates to 1966 and was sold at S. Brunati in 1969 The case is lightly polished and the watch is paired on a period correct 72086 bracelet with 58 end links.

To learn more about the 1018, read Charlie Dunne’s article ‘Collector's Guide: Rolex Oyster Perpetual Reference 1018’ which I contributed towards.

The watch comes with the original papers.

It features drilled lugs.

The watch does not come with box or papers.

Patek Philippe Greenleaf & Crosby Pocket Watch in 18K Gold Box & Extract

This Patek Philippe pocket watch is a fantastic timepiece dating to 1913. It features a 17 ligne movement described in the Extract from the Archives to be “super thin” and features “a lever escapement”. On the movement, the retailer Greenleaf & Crosby is emphasized. The watch comes from the original owner’s family, which was a prominent political family in Florida. It features a bassine style case with an open-face. The dial features a beautiful "natté" guilloche pattern and Roman numerals. The case back features the initials of the original owner in black enamel.

The watch comes with its original box and an Extract from The Archives.

Heuer Dato Carrera First Execution Reference 3147N Unpolished

The Heuer Carrera is one of the legendary chronograph designs of the 20th century. Featuring stark angled lugs that were a product of the architecture of the 1960s, the present watch is notably a “first execution” and features an unpolished case. Finding Carreras from the 1960s with in great condition is extremely difficult. The dial is also highly rare and features “Fab. Suisse” indicating it was for the French market. It is paired on a rare Gay Frères bracelet for Heuer.

You can read more about the origins of the Carrera in the in-depth article that I wrote for HODINKEE back in 2013:

PRICE: $19,000 on Bracelet ($14,000 on leather strap).

Heuer Autavia Tropical Reference 1163V Unpolished

In my opinion, the Heuer Autavias are some of the best buys in vintage watches. They feature very large cases which are very enjoyable on the wrist. This example features an unpolished case which measures 43mm in diameter (47mm lug-to-lug). The dial has developed a beautiful tropical brown color, which is accented very nice by the colorful hands and registers. The watch is paired on a Heuer bracelet made by Gay Frères.
